SUNDAY, JULY 23 12PM AT BALLARD'S BEACH RESORT
Join us for exclusive beach fun under the sun! Get a taste of Block Island with our tasting menu, sip on our famous signature cocktails to pair, and relax beach-side in our Hampton Style Cabana.
What you need to know!
Event will start at 12pm with a quick presentation then lunch will be served! You are free to enjoy explore Ballard’s + Block Island after the event. Our cabana will be available for use until around 4pm.
When you walk into Ballard’s, please go to the front deck outside (as if you’re walking to the beach), say you’re here for our Sun, Sand, and Social Media event, and either Thalia or Catie will show you to our beautiful cabana!
We’ve invited some of our favorite foodies around RI (+ beyond) to join us! You can bring a plus one.
We’re asking all of our guests to kindly post an Instagram Reel or Tiktok no later than a week after the event. Please tag @ballardsbeach & use hashtag #ballardsbeach. Please contact Thalia@Blackdoorcreative.com with questions.
Our Sun, Sand, and Social Media event is for you to mingle with fellow Rhode Island influencers, try the delicious food and drinks Ballard’s has to offer, and relax in our new Hampton Style Cabanas! It will be a super fun & casual day. Ballard’s also has live music, tiki bars on the beach, a famous daiquiri bar, and so much more for you to explore! There will also be a Cornhole Tournament the same day.

Additional FAQ
Ballard’s will cover ferry ticket costs for the invited person on the traditional ferry round-trip from Point Judith. Ballard’s will reimburse you for the ticket DAY OF in cash.
Please let Thalia know prior to the event if you or your guest have any food allergies or restrictions.
It’s a beach! Dress however. Keep in mind the ferry can get cold.
Ballard’s is walking distance from the Block Island ferry! As soon as you get off the ferry, go to the left and you’ll see Ballard’s. You can even see our Hampton Style Cabanas from the ferry.
