Hotel Information and Details
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Upon arrival or departure, we’re happy to store your luggage for your convenience. Ballard’s is staffed from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you anticipate arriving after 9:00 p.m., please email us in advance at info@ballardsinndev.wpenginepowered.com to make arrangements to gain access.

A two night stay is required on Friday and Saturday with a three night stay required on the Holiday Weekends. Rhode Island Holiday Weekends are Memorial Day, 4th of July, Victory Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day. Full payment is required at time of booking. Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express are all accepted. Guests checking in must be at least 21 years of age. Please note that the restaurant might not be open even when the hotel is. Please note that rates are subject to change.
All payments, less a $25 processing fee per room, will be refunded for cancellations made with at least 30 days notice. Anything less than 30 days forfeits the entire payment. Please Note: Inclement Weather: Our cancellation policy will remain in effect as long as the boats are running. While we sympathize with family emergencies, travel mix-ups and uncooperative weather, under no circumstances will refunds be issued less than 30 days of check in date. Refunds or discounts will not be given for late arrivals or early departures.
Transportation to Block Island: Please check all transportation to the island. Not all transportation options are available in the off season.
