Cancellations

Your payment, less a $25 processing fee per cabana, will be refunded for cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice. Less than 14 days forfeits the entire payment. 
Please Note:  
Inclement Weather: Our cancellation policy will remain in effect as long as the boats are running.  
Transportation to Block Island: Please check all transportation to the island. Not all transportation options are available in the off season.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 21 years of age to use to reserve a private cabana or order and consume any alcoholic drinks at Ballards.
