Cancellation Policy (VIP Cabanas and Beach Rentals)

Cancellations made 30 days or more before your check-in date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee; the remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future reservation within 12 months. Email notification to info@ballardsbi.comis required for all cancellation requests.

Reservation Changes (VIP Cabanas and Beach Rentals)

Reservation dates may be changed up until 30 days before your check-in date at no charge, subject to availability. Changes requested fewer than 30 days before check-in are subject to a $25 change fee. Should there be a price difference, the guest agrees to pay the difference. One date change is permitted.

Cancellation Due to Inclement Weather (VIP Cabanas and Beach Rentals)

Our standard cancellation policy applies in all weather conditions. If all scheduled ferry sailings to Block Island are officially cancelled by the carrier on your check-in date, your payment will be held as a credit toward a future reservation, good for one year.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 21 years of age to use to reserve a private cabana or order and consume any alcoholic drinks at Ballards.
